system tracking the spacecraft.
The plot below shows the strength of the s/c radio signal
received at the ground station.
The plot below ("sawtooth") shows the telmetry frame
counter (0-63, then repeat), which increments after the Frame Synch Subsystem
("FSS" - above) is "IN SYNCH".
